I have reason to believe that I destroyed 44 Soviet units in turn 14: 24 infantry types, 8 armoured divisions, and 12 guns ( AA, AT, arty, etc. ).
This is the Axis losses so far:

I told Curt in an email:
Hey that Soviet line that is holding its own....it's standing firm because you have arty nearby and I don't, and I have a local shortage of units there so that even if I did attack and by some miracle it was successful I don't have any troops to throw into the gap. So I thought I'd just face off with you and let them wait until the cavalry arrives to help out.
I did make a smidgen of progress north of Leningrad but not having any arty and having to attack into the face of your arty is making it costly and slow going.
I finally did blast across the river there in the far south but only because you pulled your arty out of there. It was holding me up rather well I thought.
Odessa is still a thorn in my paw. I'm going to have to ship a boat-load of arty down there to help out some.

And now a series of close-ups starting at the north sector:
[ notice that the Finns and Germans are sneaking up on Leningrad. ]

I have reason to believe that the Axis forces destroyed 54 Soviet units in turn 15: 42 infantry types, 2 armoured divisions, 9 guns, and 1 naval unit ( a DD ). I had 5 combat rounds. This is the Axis losses so far:

It appears that the Germans put those assault craft left over from Sea Lion to good use!
