For the Moscow front, is he attacking with his panzer divisions or are they holding the line?  Seems like a waste of strength just to hold the line if he is. But by the looks of them their burnt up good.

Orel turn 15, well it fell like I knew it would. Question is what now. Like watching that old Godzilla Movie, what is he going to stomp on next

Kharkov front isn't looking good, short of forces due to the troops lost in the only good encirclement he had down there. Working to form reserves east near Stalino

Last post for tonight, Crimea. Fairly quiet at the moment, but Germans do have a few divisions down there and he may storm the isthmus if he gets the urge to.[&o]

Also please if anyone has any suggestions to improve this AAR, please feel free to comment. Although it does take some time to do the drawings (any they are not anything like some of the others i have seen) I will do other things if people wish, assuming anyone is looking[:)]

Well I am air blind so I don't know if he has any other panzers back there, but he did not attack this turn, and I wonder if he has enough infantry to burst the front for the armor to move thru. We will see.

Love your AAR, your doing good analysis and now that your naming your maps it will be easier to follow [;)]

To get that routed unit back into non-routed mode, move it within 2 hexes of it's HQ, otherwise it may take longer.  I think that's how the rules are, or some such thing.

October rolls in and the random weather stays clear, and some of my predictions did come thru, thankfully not all of them, at least not yet.

I am amazed i have over 5 million men, i must have alot of cooks because they sure don't seem to be in the fighting units[8|] Notice no air losses, all my aircraft are in NR, resting for the winter.

Here are the numbers so far

Leningrad front.

Have no idea exactly what the plan is for him here? He has armor up to it's turrets in a swamp and isn't fighting to get thru it[X(]. I am praying for mud because as I have found out if the German's want some thing bad enough they can get it. Just don't think he committed enough here.

Kharkov, this is the ugly front, reserves are short and Germans are abundant

Just delaying and hoping for rain.

Have not checked this game turn yet but in my other game I just did my first blizzard turn as the soviets, and
OH MY GOD

It is like in the old Popeye cartoons where you eat the spinach and all of a sudden your as strong as an ox. That about says it all. I hope my opponent in this game has the sense to dig in deep before the blizzard hits or it is going to be really bad.

Don't forget than you can start forming cavalry corps in December, and more goodies in 1942.

Here is the next turn and the weather is still clear. Took a beating down south like I expected but still holding near Leningrad.

Losses for the turn. Following screen shots are all after my moves prior to sending turn out.
