What are you doing with admin. points? Why is Saposnikov still commanding STAVKA? And what is Konev, Vatunin, Malinovsy and Rokossovsky doing? Still commanding mechanized corps or leading backwater military district? Why is Budyonny still commanding front?

You seems to not done much with your leaders ...I wonder why?

Hhaposhnkov is real good with ADM of 8
majority of leaders you give names are commanding armys
for AP i prefer to have more than 200 for the moment
this authorized to reaffect as needed, again too early to buy anything having no more ARM points
