AVG squadrons withdraw. But if I remember correctly (I usually don't) you are playing with withdraws off. If I am wrong the AVG withdraw in the near future. So becareful putting new fighters in these units. I think they return the planes to the pool but not for sure. Anyways you can upgrade them to P40Es or P39s, etc. Check the base supply situation if they are not takeing replacements or the replacement allowed switch and the upgrade allowed switch. Make sure all those are taken care of. I would say your supply is probably low. You are in China by the way.

we have a debacle at pegu, if you are a new player read this carefully ok so i want to conduct an offensive near Rangoon because i know that the good japanese units are down at singpore so i believe he is pushing up to Rangoon with inferior RTA units prematurely(this is all theory). So i have 2 good divisions and 3 brigades/regiments of armor earmarked to try a counter attack 1 hex above pegu. here is the issue, if you want to move infantry and armor, know that the armor will get to the enemy 1st before the infantry if you move them both at the same time, I did not know this(though in retrospect is makes sense) below screenshot shows you what can happen if you arrive piecemeal against a concentrated foe. Note the vehicles destroyed and squads dest, as the armor arrives but the infantry is still marching.
I can see into the future though and i will tell you that sometimes bad things happen and then it turns out to be a good thing... more action in the future near rangoon
