Germany rails armor unit to Rumania and generally masses troops and air towards Russian areas.

Italian SUB fails to find in the CSV.

Japan masses an attack on Kweiyang at +13.5 Still lost 1 unit and 5 disorganized but took Kweiyang, US did not care.

A riskier attack on ChengTu at +7.4 took the city but at a cost of 2 Japanese units lost and one disorganized. US did not care
This attack left Chunking empty, the ChengTu Warlord ran away from there when ChengTu fell.
Only one Chinese unit is left on the map, the Kunming Mil in Kunming.

The Chinese civilians are considering surrendering.

CW SUBs in Med fail to find Italian convoys.

Russia maneuvers to minimize initial losses if German attacks next turn. Will not try to hold garrison numbers and instead just defend cities and fall back to preserve armies as best it can.

Italy prepares to invade Malta but in rain cannot get good odds.

Japan enters Chungking and the US still does not care. Other Japanese units begin to move towards the Chinese coast.

CW sends ships to W Med to support possible invasion defense at Malta.

Italy and Germany finds the CW fleet with all air power which is superior.
One Cw carrier was damaged and one aborted ahd the leading CW Ftr was shot down while the Axis NAVs cleared thru.

CW aborts all after the round.

The turn ends on a roll of 2.

US entry actions are Embargo on strategic materials and US land based air escorts.
