Rest of turn spent jumping in and out of vehicles trying to get units assembled and ready to go.

Two T70s take on a Panther! no hits..the T70s are so small the Panther never returned fire

A Pillbox takes on the same Panther..only hits are by MGs..(I think I killed his main gun)

Whatever troubles the commies have, we've got them too! Losing a PzIII and many halftracks to hidden squads with molotovs. Move one hex *BOOM*, move next vehicle one hex *BOOM*

But we have Tigers guarding our backs! The perpetrators are punished and our adversaries are now down some 50-60 men. Too bad we're on a limited armor supply, while Comrade Yosef has an unlimited amount of cannon fodder.

Our western flank sees some action as well as an M4 Wannabe and a SU-122 bites the 75 and 88 bullets. There's still an AT gun or a pillbox to be found before advance can continue.

Turn 2

North

West bridge is under attack by many Panzers..I lost a SU-122 at long range because I am stupid,,,,
at the east edge of the west woods 5 T-70s charge down on a Nashorn who stuck his head out without any support, I hurt the monster but did not kill it! And to make it worse the 5th T-70 comes under fire from 2 Panthers! If that Nashorn lives, he deserves to! A pair of T34s takes on another Panther at 25+ range, no hits.
I try to pull my armored recon unit out of Olkhovatka and Doom killed all but 1 halftrack. I count at least 10 Stugs comming right down the center..I have to rush reinforcements to the area very soon or Doom will have a very early breakthrough! Olga is called in!

South

The first order is to dig in at and around Sumy, a BA-10 kills a Flakwagon. At Cherkasskoye a another BA-10 takes on a MkIII with no kills. A pillbox takes on the same MkII and shots him up with no kill. I mow down some despersed Inf with MGs. At Gertsovka a 76.2mm ATG takes on a Tiger and runs. I pull back.
At the east/lower bridge I see a "slew" of Panthers on the road..another mission from Olga is called.

All in all a quite turn,,,for Kursk that is

The enemy is well prepared in Sumy, with pillboxes, AT guns and T-34s guarding the flanks. Well, at least they were hehe. One dead and another about to flee along with an AT gun that took alot of punishment.

East we continue the drive for Prokhorovka despite resistance and make more lendlease crap go BOOM! American equipment proves to make nice warming fires. :p

Doom did note file a report for this turn,,heres what I got from the playback...

Ponyri is under heavy attack..there are Stugs and Ferds everywhere...

The westwoods and the center is also under heavy attack!

Olga and her girls laid down a massive 120mm rain shower.

Hey it was late when I sent the turn to m4. Not much went on just working my down driving the russian inf in front to trip any mines laid

M4 lost two T70's out of four by the nashorn, rubbed out several squad's, conscript & regular!:D
