I realize lots of people don't like this but...you could try getting a Steam key and run it via Steam. Everything is done for you.

After reading through this thread ..... What is the last "stable" version for PBEM which isn't challenged by these issues ?

About any future upadate.
I wish there is possibility to just use generic replacements in replacements, eg: if enough Pz-IVf are in replacement pool and no Pz-IVj - panzer unit should take what is in abundance.

I'm in the situation again....I need the .20 update so I can finish uploading the game onto my new laptop (via the .40 update)

I don't have or do STEAM, so that's out.

Can't you just redown load it from Matrix? Or maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to do.

EDIT. OK reading back and it seems that the .20 version is no longer downloadable... seems dumb but there it is.

OK I have TheOperationalArtofWar4-SetupRelease-v4.1.0.20 but it is 100 MBs.

You can hit up my DM and I'll get it to you once I notice the DM... which may or may not be particularly quick depending on how active I am in TOAW at that period of time.
