Now I'm beginning to get intersted. An AP, two cruisers, one of them heading for the bottom. Is this the vaunted invasion of Palmyra?[&:]

One of the Betty groups has been stood down for R&R, despite the protests of its pilots (Morale 98) and a new Betty group from Kwajalein (Exp 78 Morale 99)has been flown in to allow the newer pilots some shots at the enemy.

Well, freeboy decided that discretion is the better part of valor, and has withdrawn his cruisers from Jonhston. My recon only shows PT boats there now. His bombers found the waterboys and hit it hard; the ships should make it back though.
I still wonder at his intentions in North China.
The assault on Singapore is getting ready to commence.
