Naval action for USA, combined actions for FF and UK, land for USSR.

UK pushes a CP into West Indian and Southwest Indian oceans. USA establishes a supply route all the way to Manila even though the game doesn't think so. I had to move a CP into Clarion to get Honolulu in supply, but that CP is not there! Even though you decided to sink the CP in the Mexican Coast that wasn't there either, I shall forgive that one, but not in Clarion. Hopefully I will find some of these insolent Japanese cruiser commanders and kill them this impulse to stop this foolishness.
