So, maybe a whole new unified theory of everything is in the offing...[8D]

Of course, this is all preliminary and still not accepted by most physicists yet.
If most physicists disagree with it, wouldn't it be more appropriate to call it a "non-unifying" theory? Or just call a spade a spade: it's a new "divisive theory". [;)]

alas, my constitution is not up to snuff for european alcohol content in beers...

European alcohol content in general is not overly high. Higher than the horse piss we call mass-produced beer over here. Belgian beers tend to be much higher test however. The exception would be the mass-produced Stella and Hoegaarden ones, both of which are decent beers, though nothing like a real Belgian ale.

Man a Chimay Blue sure sounds good right now.......

Well, if it works out, it will eventually unify things... you usually have to wait for the "old guard" to die off, though.

To a point you often do. IIRC Einstein was uncomfortable with Quantum mechanics to some degree. Another of the early 20th century greats (forget which one) didn't buy it at all.

On the other side, today in the popular media Dark Energy is talked about as though those who have not bought into to it are quacks and (you guessed it!) deniers!

if only the religious zealots of today spent their time and energy making beer and wine like the monks of old...<sigh>

He was seemingly very uncomfortable with it... thus his quote "God does not play dice with the Universe"... (no religious discussion intended). [8D]

But, he did try to reconcile his theories with Quantum Mechanics (to his credit). Alas, he failed. [:(]

BTW, been thinking about it, I believe it was Neils Bohr who never accepted QM at all.

Love to see the source of that claim. Cats are desert creatures. Turkey has nothing similar.
