Evening Gents.

I'm not getting involved in the English/American language debate as I'm from Appalachia and don't have a dog in that hunt.

But I do have to admit that you Brits sound smarter even when you're mispronouncing words. [:D]

Its a skill that's taken them almost a thousand years to perfect.

Check it out:

And from there it's a short journey to arguments over the pronunciation of the word tomato.
It's pronounced "mater", what's so hard 'bout that?

Is "mater" in Ye Queens Englishe synonymous with "f**ker"? [&:]

I hope not, I'm still trying to figure out who these idiots were who thought they lived more than once before YOLO took off. As for swag, I thought that meant "seriously wild assed guess" but it looks like I was wrong.

The best definition I heard of for swag is "what McDonalds employees have a lot of".

That's West-BY-GOD-Virginia. Otherwise known as "occupied Virginia" amongst my Southern brothers and the last to utilize the ancient language of Appalachia.

I dont know about all that, but I've been told by some Georgians that the phrase "bless yer heart" might apply here. [:'(]
