The only way to pay less is have another citizenship and live in a country like Monaco or Kuwait (no taxes) or certain Baltic countries (low flat tax)....[:(]
Nope, US citizens resident abroad still have to do a US tax return every year. Just ask Mrs P.

But it should be a 0/0 result since she earns no income in the US (unless you guy have property or interest-earning investments in the US).

Shooting from memory (don't have the game up and running at the moment), but I seem to recall that, yes, there is a troop transport named Dunedin. IIRC, she's a large, (relatively) fast xAP.
