Well Gout and Pneumonia struck me down. But I'm fighting back with more F%$#*ng drugs. The pain was so bad, in my foot early this morning, that I was becking for someone to lob it off. now the painkillers are working. I guess I should give them some time. ....GP

Drink some tart cherry juice, have some cherry pie as well. What did you do, eat a bunch of fish like cod and/or tuna?

As far as the pneumonia, use an inhaler if you have one, good Halls to help clear the airways, no alcohol with your medicines either, chicken soup or broth, while consuming lots of clear liquids. Put some Vicks under your nose at night as well as on your chest. Eat lots of garlic and onions for their antibiotic properties as well.
