Back safe and sound early Monday morning with the tournament championship trophy in tow. [8D]

Got Alex off to school as he slept all night in the car while I drove all night, then crashed until 1500. Internet was flaky at home all day and evening yesterday and of course I was busy catching up at work all morning. No excuse for my absence from THE THREAD!!! [:-]

The kids played their asses off all weekend and Alex had shutouts in both games he played! I couldn't be more proud! [8D]

Good on you Mike mate, your a real good Dad for doing that trip, and you deserve to be proud. [&o]

But I'm very displeased with your absence from the Thread, try better next time. [:-]

I think I've got a short vid of our Lancaster doing a low flypast, only a short distance above out hangar in order to clear some trees along the fenceline.

Awww... c'mon Dixie... the nation that has brought Tolkein's world into visual glory (not to mention giving us Sir Edmund Hillary, Bruce McLaren and Team Black Magic) deserves a little better treatment than that. It is possible, Dave Hakstol recruits all over the country. Always in the market for a good goalie.[;)] Clarke Saunders has one more year left if the NHL doesn't snatch him. He got the shutout Sunday in a 6-0 win in the best of three series. Zane Gothberg is a freshman and needs some improvement.
Tomorrow starts the Red Baron Final Five (games) for the WCHA championship. UND is up against Colorado College. Whoever wins that one plays the Goophers. Can UND make it four banners in a row? Hope so.
