With the file received at Breakdown GER has 9 Oil Saved on Map and is saving 4. When we advance to Reinforcements GER is showing 11 Saved Oil, so missing 2.

JP seems to gain 1 extra during the same stages.

Just ran through the steps and got 13 oil for Germany. How many oil are Japan supposed to have?

Please check the end of turn stuff in the new save so that I didn't make any errors.

I thought Japan should have 33 Oil, game file is showing 34.

Not sure how the game would grow one, it usually does the opposite.
