Just like in TLD, Small Hedgerows do not block LOS (see elements file)...only Large Hedgerows block LOS.
AFAIK this was corrected in an unofficial patch for CC5 and in most major CC5 mods...but I guess it's making a comeback in TLD and LSA [;)]
You are right - I didnt even check - my bad;)

Some suggestions for the incoming patch:

teams.txt


1). Make HMG squads smaller (4 man)
2). Make infantry sqauds bigger (just a wish for a more juicy combat;)

weapons.txt:
1). Shreck, PIAT and bazooka: allowed targets set to All (when the unit is set to Ambush, it will not shot at infantry). You can target now bunkers in “search” of enemy hiddin’ AT guns
2). make mortars less powerfull

Vehicles.txt
1). Make AT guns less valnurable for mortar fire

elements.txt
1). SMall headgrow should block LOS
2). Placing guns should be possible in large hedgerows and bocage
3). higher concealment for AT guns
4). Make something with trees blocking LOS

Forcepools:
CHANGE THEM PLEASE to make this game more playable:)

Devs: look at the Shreck allowed targets: it is set to 1: PERSONELL ONLY!!!

Looks like the Hull is set to rotate and the (Turret) gun set to be fixed.

Any chance for making snipers better? Like those in SAS mod in CCV? Now they are completly useless.

I have found alot of bugs ....

first: enemy snipers are slaughtering my men by my snipers are not hitting anything ...

second: half tracks are invulnerable to hand granate ...had 2 units of infantry use around 15 granates at close range .. and some gammon bombs .. and the only effect was to immobilize the half track ... no effect on the crew ...

third: when playing the axis ...I had XXX corps and the static unit in the start hex. but there were never any combat ... they just stood
there turn after turn.

and why are some of the 1. airborne s battalions marked as brigades ....  at least to of the battalions are marked as brigades ...

if I wanted to play a game where I need to post bug reports ..I would just play the game I am beta tester on ..I bought this game (and it was expensive enough). to have a working game to relax on ...

Michael of those things you're reporting that are bugs have been reported already and many if not all will be addressed in the next update. We're in the final stage of testing on that update and it should be ready soon.
