I found a technique that might help in the future. In the strategic map I've turned off the friendly units and have the settings showing only the task forces....then repeatedtly clicking the task forces on and off I'm locating the Allied TF's that I should be aware of. Most of the sightings are subs probably

Okay........I've received some moves from Rob and ran the combat replay etc. and here's some Tracker Alerts. I've lost some ships this time.

Evidently there was a fairly substantial minefield at Hong Kong. I've brought a slew of DMS dudes though, so I'm expecting to be through sweeping next turn. Rob's ships are fleeing to the south and I'm tempted to let them get to around Davao before I sink them.

I'm getting careless and this time it costs me an AP. I've got to learn to recon these places before I land there. Maybe the AP will make it to a friendly port and can be saved yet. There was heavy damage but only 10 casualties. WTF?

Another example of me getting careless was this hit-and-run by Rob at Singkawang. Judging by the current position of the 3-ship TF I'm thinking it was parked at Singkawang and had orders to move just when I attempted a landing there. More lack of recon by me.

A heavy concentration of CD guns gets a hit. I'm lucky it wasn't worse I guess. I could have considered landing someplace else and moving the troops into the hex by land and avoided the ship hits but I got in a hurry and this is what happened.

When I was assigning moves to my TF's I guess I forgot about that Allied sub near Saigon and sent one of my TF's right into the path of the sub. Without escorts no less. I'm lucky he didn't sink all of them.

The air war over the PI is still going on. I don't enjoy quite as good performance using Nate's as I do with Zero's. I'm going to have to replace those Nate's and use them elsewhere. Say Miri or Singkawang or somewhere.

Rob is going to have to move those ships at Georgetown or lose them. If he leaves them there it's just a matter of time.

The Dutch bombers are staying busy. I'm going to have to get some air cover into this AO pretty quick or lose a lot of ships etc.

Rob is keeping his Dutch bombers busy. Here's another area where I could use some air cover. I may have to sail the mini-KB down here to stave off the losses.

It's beginning to look like I should keep the ships out of the Singkawang area until I get some air cover down there.

Rabaul is yet another area where air cover is needed. You'd have thought I would plan ahead and have it ready to go but NNnnoooo.

Rob had to go to Colorado for a few days and said he might be back on Friday ( yesterday ) so I'm expecting some moves from him on Saturday ( today ) so I'm expecting to be posting some stuff here again in a few hours.

Okie dokie.....it's now Wed. 05:59 13June2012 and I received some moves from Rob Tuesday afternoon and I was processing Jim's game moves at the time. I've reached a blocking point and have put Jim on hold temporarily just so I can post some combat report stuff for you guys and then get back to Jim's game, finish my moves and THEN work on Rob's moves. It's complicated.
So from Rob's game:
Only 90 mines found this time......that appears to be all the mines that were left so I hereby declare Hong Kong's port officially OPEN.

The Kiyozumi Maru is showing up on the sunk ships list so I'm thinking I lost another unescorted xAK off the coast of Cambodia. I've got to start escorting my dudes if I want them to last a little longer.

Both my torps missed. D'oh. I may need to switch sub commanders next time he docks.

I found another Allied sub near where my landings are going on. I'll have to keep an eye on him.
