This is sage advice - drinking tea too close to bedtime plays havoc with my bladder control during the night [;)]

Todays chores done. Time for Christmas flavoured afternoon tea. And some wargaming. Life can be grand at times.

Beautiful sunny morning, a good cup of tea, and a wargame to be played. Perfect start for a Sunday. [:)]
To remember when I was young some older relatives thought everyone should be bored out of their minds on Sundays.

Yes, I could. And I should. I just assumed that you already had the morning tea since you been an early riser today.
Do you want a cup of tea?

Had my usual iced PG Tips tonight, but seeing a Tea thread makes me hungry for a döner kebab since I can't just ride the ferry across the Clyde and over to Gourock when I'm in Florida. [:D]

How do you make the iced tea?
warspite1
1. Get favourite mug
2. Put PG Tips bag in said mug
3. Boil the kettle - well I mean boil water using the kettle. Note: The kettle itself does not need to be boiled.
4. Pour newly boiled water into the mug
5. Add milk to suit one's taste
6. Stir
7. Remove tea bag (or keep in as desired)
8. Put mug in the Freezer.
Eh voila! [:)]

Thank you, warspite1. That was eliminating. [:)]
Although I was wondering if there was any seasoning used, or herbs, or spices, or maybe some lemon or lime.

I heat water in a pot with the lid on til a raging boil. Turn the heat off, place two PG Tips tea bags in the pot, and place the lid back on. Next I set the timer for four minutes, and then remove the teabags once the timer rings. Pour pot into pitcher, add water til pitcher is full, add a little more than a 1/4 cup of sugar, and refrigerate. I don't add lemon or mint, the PG Tips stands on it's own for my tastes.
