Well, we have sent everyone with a SSL account, an email for redeeming a coupon.
Your email was sent on the 9th of September as it's your account Anniversary.
Check your spam box and check if the email address (on your SSL account) is updated:

I guess I might have deleted any mail from my spam folder when sent at the time. I don´t recall seeing anything alike but could have skipped my eye sight easily too. You might want to check my record´s, you wont see any reedem coupon for sure.

Hi, a little question, i notice today that the coupon i receive in this 2016 expire on 1/12/2017 (i asume is month/day/year format, not the usual EU format day/month/year) but the previous coupon (from 2015) expire in one year (i used it on this 2016 holiday special) i am missing something???

Getting the same here when I follow the link through from the email for my 9 year coupon. Sent a reply to the email I received a few days ago but heard nothing back yet.

You have 30 days to redeem the coupon and then 30 days to use it.
