But, I have read the manual, at least 4 times from front to back. It sits at my side all the time I am doing a turn. [:D]

Ok, whats the Allied victory level in 1946 after 1 atomic bomb drop and 2:1 score? [X(]

Let's see here, 2:1 is a decisive victory, shift two levels to a draw for being in 1946. Using one A-bomb has no effect on victory level.
