Oh, rats. This was a really interesting AAR: it's nice to see the game used as a "what if" tool. If I'd been Mogami I would have wanted to at least take Vancouver as a consolation prize. "I told you so department": it sounds like Mogami's slow speed of advance was a key factor in the failure. Would it have been feasible to invade Portland and start from there instead of Prince Rupert?

Thx to both Tabpull and Mogami for running an interesting AAR.

Even though my own 'Banana AAR' was at best, only a very light-hearted attempt at the West Coast....i saw enough to conclude that any Japanese attempt to invade the west coast a dead end for an idea. Too far, too long, and too few troops and assets.
