Brief, but gives the Czech entry date as 1963 and indicates that there are four emitter locator vans, three of one type and one of a different type (my German is a tad rusty and we did not cover correlation detection terminology in any detail in my high school German classes).

Haven't found it and would not understand a word if I did.

The more I think about it though the more I think the generic ELINT vehicle I asked for is probably good enough. I doubt even information on obsolete systems of this type from open sources would be accurate, and the things we do know (such as them mainly targeting TACAN and IFF rather than radars) do not seem to be in the scope of Command's SIGINT modeling at the moment.

Some questions for the experts out there:

- Did the NK SSG missile launch actually happen or was it just a propaganda stunt? If it did happen, what's the most up-to-date stats?

- Anyone got a photo of the new Derby ER variant?

- What is the current status on the DF-41 development / deployment?

Can't seem to dig up a photo of Derby ER, but it uses the same body as the Derby. Only differences are in seeker, motor, and software. Having the same body, all aircraft certified for the Derby can immediately carry the Derby ER (physically that is, not sure about software).

I'll go through some DF-21 stuff later that I've been meaning to read.

They built 800 (!) of these...they've been exported all around the world. They'll probably show up in places for the next 50 years. (Maybe classify the nationality as "Generic" rather than USCG?)

I've noticed you've added a few weapons from that area that never quite made it so this might be a good one. The nuclear version (there was a torpedo version too) was going to have a 200kt warhead! Hello. Here are two units I have noticed to be missing from the database:


HH-60W Pave Hawk

The HH-60W Pave Hawk is a replacement of all the current HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters in United States Air Force service. The HH-60W is designed to be a combat search and rescue helicopter variant of the UH-60M.


UH-72 Lakota

The UH-72 Lakota helicopter is missing from the DB3000 database. The UH-72 is designed to replace the UH-1H/V and OH-58A/C aircraft in the United States Army (National Guard and active duty). The first aircraft was delivered in 2006 to the US Army. As of May 14, 2014, over 300 aircraft have been made. The UH-72A is in service and will be upgraded to the UH-72B starting in 2017. As of 2015, Thailand is the only export customer, with 6 units ordered and another 9 requested. The UH-72 can carry 9 troops and has 1-2 pilots.

#1608 - MQ-1B Armed Predator UAV -- United States (Army), 2001-0, -
This predator can be armed with stingers, as seen in this video: /watch?v=tAneAliAG88 (can't post links yet, but that should be all you need to add on youtube, if not, just search "predator shoots at MiG-25").

I cannot find any photos of a predator armed with stingers, but I would guess that there is 1 per pylon, so 2 overall. So maybe the loadout would be 2x Stinger?

An Iraqi MiG-25 shot down a Predator performing reconnaissance over the no fly zone in Iraq on 23 December 2002. This was the first time in history a conventional aircraft and a drone had engaged each other in combat. Predators had been armed with AIM-92 Stinger air-to-air missiles, and were being used to "bait" Iraqi fighters, then run. In this incident, the Predator did not run, but instead fired one of its Stingers. The Stinger's heat-seeker became "distracted" by the MiG's missile and missed the MiG. The Predator was hit by the MiG's missile and destroyed.

I still think some of the passive sonar signatures are not accurate. From what I've read and from prior posts the FREMM is built to be quiet including anti-vibration devices and electric drive. Yet it's acoustic signature remains relatively high. Especially considering the RKR Moskva is a much larger ship and (although only a guess but I'm almost sure is true) was not built with similar acoustic signature reduction techniques, and yet it's passive sonar signature is less that the FREMM. Thanks in for looking into this.

RAF

Britten-Norman Islander, in service as 'Islander BN2T CC Mk2', used for photographic reconnaissance and light communications. Outfit unknown.

Super King Air B200 and B200T used as an advanced multi-engine trainer for student pilots.

(Short) Tucano T1 is a basic lead-in fast-jet training aircraft.

Agusta A109E used for VIP transport. Only one in service.

Griffin HAR2, based on the Bell 412EP and based in Cyprus for SAR roles.

Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm (aircraft)

Avenger T1, based on the Super King Air 300 military, is used for navigator training.

3x Scan Eagle, but I think I've mentioned it before.

Army Air Corps

Defender AL-2. Used C2, communications, reconnaissance and photographics roles. Equipped with DAS and an EO pod under the nose. Based on the Britten-Norman Defender 4000. One Defender T3 (trainer) also in use but it's probably not much use in CMANO.

Lynx AH9A. There is a Lynx AH9 in game however all of these were upgraded to AH9A standard. Uses the LHTEC CTS800-4N (1,362 shp) engines, the same as the Wildcat so that it had commonality with them.


There's also the Bell Griffin HT1 and Eurocopter AS350 Squirrel HT1 training aircraft that equip RAF/AAC squadrons but are contractor owned.

Royal Navy (ships)

P 257 Clyde (modified River Class batch 1 PB) is missing. This has been in service for a few years and patrols the Falklands. Has a 30mm DS30B and strengthened deck for flight operations, supporting the weight of a Merlin helicopter.

Forth class (River Class batch 2). 3x ships (Forth, Medway, Trent) similar to the Brazilian Amazonas class with Merlin-capable flight deck, 30mm DS30B, Kelvin Hughes SharpEye nav radar and Terma 4103 2D naval air & surface surveillance radar.

Army (land)
Warrior 40mm. The current Warriors are receiving an upgrade to the 40mm CTA from their 30mm Rardens. Includes new EO sights and comms.

And that's about it.

So it seems Russian Su-25SM with L-150 not only capable but actually use Kh-58U ARM in training
