Hey fellows,

I’ll be out of action for a while last Sunday, August 20 I had a massive heart attack my Widowmaker artery was 100% blocked and my other artery was 90% blocked. When they put in the second stent in the Widowmaker while trying to put in the other stent in the last artery I guess I coded they shocked me but I completely felt it anyway I’ve been in ICU since Sunday till I was discharged on Friday when they finally put the last Stent. I am home now and doing well and slowly recovering and recuperating. I’ll be starting cardio therapy soon. I’m on a new Mediterranean diet and just enjoying life with my wife, so please take care of yourselves.
