Mediterranean diet sounds nice. Maybe you can mix it up with dishes rich in vegetables from other parts of the world if you grow weary of the Med food?

Thanks everyone, I am getting stronger every day. I am really enjoying eating healthy and watching what I eat. It’s good to have a healthy body, soul and spirit.

I really could not imagine doing any of this on my own and am so very grateful.

Hey GP, I picked up the latest update to DW2 and have been playing a new game. Having fun!

I started reading The Expanse series of novels and it put me back in the "space mood".

After I had surgery for my cancer and also after a different hospitalization, when people asked me how I was doing, I would reply: "I am alive." If they gave me a funny or disgusted look as if I was being sarcastic, I would explain why. What was really funny is when I would put my left heel on my right big toe area and step down, flattening the shoe. Even better was hitting that part of the shoe with a hammer.
