Yes, keep up the good work. I can remember his first name, as well as his last name! At least, I think that I do . . . I hope that as you are feeling better that your mood improves. Maybe you can post some colorful pictures? or funny ones? Note, if you are loosing some weights, be careful since they could cause an accident if they fall off, roll around, or something like that. As far as suggestions to help lose weight, I do have some if you want them . . .

my last post was over TWO years ago now I guess. I left around 2020, and came back one time since then I think.

Doing fine - busy doesn't even begin to describe it.

Kids are in middle school now, job keeps growing, Covid aftershocks still have the world upside down.

I just want normal again. Whatever that is.

How is everyone here? I still keep in touch with schanilec regularly. We always have a JTCS game going whenever I get around to sending him a turn back.
