Oil usage:

Use the Reorganize All button for the Commonwealth and hit the Expend Oil Button to move on.

Production should look like the following for UK, USA with no modifications (Free France should have 4 BP). USSR will follow in its own separate post.

During breakdowns, ensure one of the oil in the Caucasus is used for production at a factory in the interior. The CP in the Caspian Sea should pick it up.

Save all other oil to Baku (even if that causes some of it to be lost).

Use the saved oil in Kirov for production in Tyumen and Sverdlovsk.

Send the saved oil in Bratsk to production in Chelyabinsk.

Use the saved oil in Kazan for production in Omsk and Akmolinsk.

This should produce 27 BP like below:

No breakdowns or scraps.
For Free France, build a pilot, save the other two BP.

Reinforcements:

United Kingdom new home country for New Zealand.

Pilots in the Typhoon and the green Swordfish CVP. All reinforcements in Liverpool except Mountbatten in Dacca.

Pilot in the Farman for Free France and select it as the unit arriving this turn in Leopoldville.

Pilots in the Mustang, Lightning, SBD-3, SBD-4(with two tactical bombing factors), PBY, and Skytrain.

All ships in San Diego. Lightning, PBY, and the two CVP on the Hornet as well. Mustang and Skytrain in Norfolk.

Remove the F4F-3 CVP from the map.

Pilots in the Yak-9M and Mig-1. Place 7-1 garrison and AT gun in Stalingrad. 5-1 garrison in Kirov. All the other units in Ufa.

If the Allies win the initiative the Allies will move first but no reroll.

I have had some issues when doing the end of turn stuff. No real biggies but it caused some delays. Working on it now and hope to have it completed soon.

Yea, that oil stuff is buggy. I will try and destroy it behind the scenes before the Germans capture it.
