I think the tide has basically turned in favour of the Allies now. Maybe not enough for them to win the game by July/August 1945, but it seems that despite difficulties such as the reduction of the Baku enclave and the flubbed attack in Vichy France, they are definitely winning.

The key thing is that the Western Allies alone are outproducing the whole Axis, and Russia is still building over thirty points of units a turn. The kill ratio has to be very much in the Axis's favor to overcome that. The Axis had a one time bonus from Turkey entering the war, but even that has a downside: It gives the Allies another front to attack on. Of course the whole front has a terrible terrain, but it is not someplace that can be shut down like the Allies seem to have been in France.

To me this games feels like the 10th round of a heavy weight fight where both opponents are throwing punches that are landing, inflicting and taking punishment, and feel that they can win.ORIGINAL: Courtenay

Actions. Japan - combine, Germany - land, Italy - land.
IJN. 2 Naval Moves.
1) CP + 2 CVL's to Bismarck Sea, 0-box to restore supply to their naval base at Truk.
2) 2 CP's to China Sea to restore Japanese convoy lines and increase Japanese production. Still, Japanese convoy losses have hurt as their are 3 non-oil RP's that they now don't have the convoy capacity to get to Japanese factories.

Of significant note, the axis lift their sieges of Stalingrad and Astrakhan in order establish a coherent defensive line protecting their large army group closing in on Baku and pushing into Persia.
