Yes, increase damage. Take X on cruiser with two bombardment factors. Second abort on half aborted cruiser if there are any. Stay in zone.

AG Guderian continues to bypass Kirov, and the advance elements reach the outskirts of Perm.
USSR Central:
AG Rundstedt tries to encircle the strong Soviet armoured forces blocking the way.
AG Rommel advance towards Kuybyshev. Meanwhile, the XIII Infantry Korps is detached and advance towards Chkalov.
USSR South:
AG Paul of Yugoslavia transfers most of its panzers to AG Rommel and they begin their journey towards the Ural mountains. The remaining armour advance towards Astrakhan but has to halt as they run out of supply. The 6th SS Gebirgs division reach the outskirts of Astrakhan.
AG Manstein concentrate the infantry on Stalingrad while the panzers advance slowly SW of Stalingrad.
AG von Bock advance towards Stavropol, and tries to create a pocket with the Rostov defenders.
AG von Leeb prepares to besiege Rostov.
AG Antonescu begins to outflank Krasnodar.
