Well, had to reinstall Windows. That was irritating...[:@]
I've heard that if you looked up "irritating" in the dictionary, it'll have the Windows logo for a definition.

I'll need something to keep me sane......and prevent me from committing homicide! [:D]
So when are you going to break down and start doing PBEM's again? [&:][:D]
Hopefully, soon.
I'll look forward to it. Perhaps someday I can get a rematch on our earlier vanilla WITP games? [:)]
Do you really want to play that after seeing the glory that is AE?

Can someone help me out? I need a cup of tea, but Josh has fallen asleep on my lap and if I move he's going to do that crying thing that babies seem so fond of. Mrs Dixie is asleep upstairs so I need someone to nip over and make me a brew.
How/what on are you writing this?
I have this mental picture of Martin laying on the couch, baby on top of Martin, nice, warm laptop on top of baby. [:D]

Good Thread! The Godfather NEVER looked so good.
OK, OK, everyone is jealous of your new computer. There's no need to rub it in, alright! [:D]

Have Simon come 'round and do it. He can type in that link that you wanted at the same time. [:D]

I wonder, do British squid make "navy tea" as vile as our make "navy coffee"?

I thought making tea and typing things into your search browser was Simon's job?
I'm trying to convince the world that is the truth, eventually so many people will think he's my butler that he'll end up believing it's the truth [:D]
I have a mental image of a Killick-type character. Very useful but not always presentable in public. [:'(][:D]

Had a "couples" massage with my wife this morning, followed by lunch at a local restaurant outside, and a drive through the countryside with the top down. Now, she's taking a nap and I have a Guad turn in my inbox. [8D]
Good Thread, Mike, you guys should have a Robin Leach voiceover. [:D]

Alrighty then.....peas, shallots, radishes and spinach in the raised beds. And should get a nice rain overnight. [:)]
I believe it might be time for a beverage and a snack now. Wife just made bread this weekend. Yum!
BTW, it is the easiest recipe on earth and makes great bread.
http://www.aresrocket.com/bread/ Cook it in pre-heated cast iron dutch oven.
On this particular planet, we generally BAKE our bread, we don't cook it as such...[:'(]
Not necessarily T. Johnny cake , corn bread, and many other "pan breads" are actually "cooked" rather than baked. If you'll notice , the recipe calls for "cooking it" in cast iron. It's the heat from the pan , rather than the air (which is the medium in baking) that makes this a "pan bread". [:)]
Leave it to Steve to find the exception to the rule. [:D]

Baking is a subset of the larger 'Cooking' umbrella. No contradiction there whatsoever.

And leave it to the Martian to find a linguistic loophole to back himself out of predicament. [:D]

Maybe, but then again I tend to make my tea so strong that most people stear clear.

Not sure, but usually I make my tea so strong that no-one else will drink it.
