Neato. Fingers crossed. Good luck.
Seems like a great place Mike. Best of luck with the sale. How is the Market in your area?

Thanks, Chris! Market is actually getting a little short on inventory around here, at least from what I've read. Prices are not fantastic, for sellers [;)], but it looks like we will get at least what my wife paid for the place in 2002.

Well, of course if you get a good offer on the first freakin' day of listing, you'll have seller's remorse. Naturally that means you can excoriate yourself for listing too low. [:D]

You know, I have a friend that had the same thing happen to her. She listed her place "at market value" and it sold on the first day. My advise to her was, take the money and run...don't second guess.

Oh, without a doubt. Plus, many places *require* you to accept an offer for your listed price (assuming there's no contemporary offers at above your offer price). But that still wouldn't stop the seller's remorse whilest accepting the offer. [;)]

Anybody else here a Windows 8 user?

The user interface really pisses me off [:@] and ever sense I upgraded I can't stream music to my Xbox.

*raises paw*

I've had little issue with Win 8, even though I don't understand a lot of the design decisions that went into it.

My supposed days paid vacation in Kalispell MT has turned into a day sitting in airports. One stop 6 hour trip has turned into 2 stops and 18 hours. [8|]

No chance of seller's remorse here, if we end up with anything close to asking price. We priced it to move quickly, and it seems we judged it about right. We sent our counter offer and are hanging around to see if we hear back tonight or not.

It's amazing how much of your mental capacity is monopolized by the process of selling/buying a house. We did very little today after cleaning a bit this morning, but I'm exhausted! [:D]

Evening tithe.

Finally back in Stockholm after my little trip to Mallorca.

I promised you some pictures.

We stayed in a small (former) fishing village named Port de Andratx on the SW coast of Mallorca. Very nice place - clean, quiet and with plenty of good food. Judging from the several $Millions of worth in sailing boats, yachts etc in the harbour it seems that others appreciate this place too. Not a single disco/night club in the village that we managed to find anyway. This meant we had a restful week [:)]

I also got to exercise my other big hobby besides gaming, which is going geocaching. This meant I got to hike around the mountains and coastline near the place. Most of the pictures are from there. Besides giving me some splendid views that my mobile phone camera really can't do justice, it also gave me some needed exercise [:D]

This is from a morning hike along the coastline to find a geocache among some cliffs nearby the sea.

... and this one is from my morning hike the day after. Some kilometers of walking, but a really nice view.

... and after doing the easy (coastline) caches, I started to climb the mountains around the village. I started out with a small hill within the village.
