Unless we can give leaders special bonuses for doing actions like Cavalry or Artillery or Engineering.
 
Change it from a command rating to a speical bonus rating to select commanders.

This issue (as you may have seen by now), has been addressed in the "Overview" thread.

I should add that at this point the game is too close to release to make any programming changes. If, after seeing the game, you still think your proposed changes would be improvements then by all means suggest them again on the forum -- we will be seriously considering every suggestion we receive when the time comes to augment the game through patches.
