I still have 1,2 (missed 3), 4,5. Almost one of the fools who payed $80 for a copy of CCIII on ebay, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it [:D]
CCIII appears to be down to the $20-$30 range on Ebay these days.
If you are lucky yes. But then the other problem is that one actually has to be offered on eBay [;)]

I still have my copies of CC2, CC3, CC4, and CC5. I bought and sold the Gulf War version...and never played CC1 because I didn't have Win95 back in the day...

I have all versions boxed, some signed by the developers, plus beta’s and Gold disks for the lot. I had a great time with the CC series first testing, and then reviewing for Microsoft but most of all just playing the games. Days, Weeks, Months, Years! I look forward to playing Cross of Iron.
Regards to All.

Now if we can only have mine dogs.

I have many copies of 1-5 game in and out of shrink wrap, some are one of a kind boxes for market testing, many languages, the attic is full of them. Still have my Byound Squad Leader T-Shirt too. Got a few of the hundreds of award plaques the game won as well. And several t-shirts for each game. And lots of other neat stuff, like my CC-3 mess kit with socks, m&m's water, and a CC3 swiss army knife.
But then, you would expect that from me.

I've still got 2-5, I never got the first one. If I'd known I could have got a decent price on e-bay at one point, I'd have sold them - 2 (still easily my favourite) excepted, anyway.
I'll skip Cross of Iron, I think, although I'll get the CC2 remake when it comes along. I play GJS solo on rare occasions, but that's about it these days. Good as CC still is I have too many more recent games just as good I don't have enough time for, and a few more to come soon that I don't have already in some form.

I have all 5 , plus Road To Baghdad and the Marine Corps Gazette version all safe and sound. Then again I also joined CSO (thx to Jim (CC: spec ops/Gulf war and and Rick: everything else)) many many moons ago. SO I guess tha explains that...
I sold everything else, including 2 crates worth of ASL to some happy ebayer, before moving a few years ago. Fortunately Matrix is here for me to get Harpoon and ACOW back at least...and Eric got a shrink wrapped Stalingrad out of it [:)].

I sold 1-2 just because the gameplay was out dated. Wish I didn't now. I still have, and will take to the grave, 3-5 (and soon 6)! [:)]
Would definately love to see a rerelease of CC2 with the "blow bridge" command. [X(]

Wll I have CC2, 3 and 5 can you believe it I traded in my CC4for some crappy game I don't even remember now[:@] I still get them out and play now and again I like CC2 CC3 is ok and 5 is alright. Mine all orignal purchases from the first day they saw light on the shelves in the computer shop in my home town.
If they can do a good version of the CC game (better than the RTB for instance) then good show....but I am excited that some one has taken it on, there is a healthy CC group out there that keep pumping out the maps etc for us.....

Been playing them stock and modded every week since they came out. Always H2H, always campaign. Squad Leader cardboard is the only thing better, but my favorite opponent is a thousand miles away. Technology rocks.
Right now we're in the Ardennes with CC4, and loving it!

Close Combat 1-Loved it and I'm wasn't a person then, who usually liked games where you can't alter history to a significant degree. I remember loving the morale aspect and the general presentation. Still have the game but no box.
Close Combat 2-Got it, a few years after the fact but it was still much fun. Still have the game and even the cd case.
Close Combat 3-Played the demo but had a crappy computer at the time and by the time I got a good enough computer, I couldn't find the game.[:(]
Close Combat 4-Don't know anything about it.
Close Combat 5-Bit disappointed with it. Good game and cheap discount price but the presenation was sub-par. I threw the damn Allies back into the see and got some text message telling me I did better than the historical germans.[;)] As it was a fairly recent purchase, I have all it came with(granted it was a discount game and it just came in a crappy discount plastic case).

You should try and get CC4...then try the amazingly brutal VetBoB mod.
As for CC5...if you find the original game bland...try downloading and installing the wide range of mods for CCV. Right now I'm having a real blast playing Stalingrad Der Kessel...I don't care if my gamer friends are all playing Company Of Heroes...I'm having more fun with CC...maybe I'm just too old for the newer clickfest WW2 RTS titles [;)].

I owned 2-5... I must have tossed away 2 when 4 and 5 came out, and soon 4 followed... 3 and 5 stayed, both complemented with a lot of mods. I daresay I downloaded and played almost every 5 mod :p

I may have to give some of these CC5 mods a try, thanks:)
Oh and I'm getting the impression that CC4, was something to do with the Battle of the Bulge. Is that correct?? Because that has to be about my favourite period of WW2.
