How would the US Navy be divided up?
i would say based upon request and needs of each area. The British probably wouldn't need much in terms of reinforcements from USN, but obviously SWPAC can't be supported alone by the Australian/NZ navy's. I would then request ships from CENPAC/SOPAC commands on as needed basis, and it would be up to you whether you wanted to give me those naval assetts.
With regards to sub patrols we can probably divide up the areas of patrol so that you don't have to control all of the subs.
All this can be discussed in more detailed if you want in [:D]
If I don't have to watch the combat replay and you can talk me through the downloads of the map I may be interested.
i can talk you through the downloads, no problem. You could probably just read the combat reports and get by, with me and Ctangus watching the combat replays and relaying any information you've might've missed.

I'm fine with that as long as Ctangus is fine with that. I would ask for Advanced Weather Effects ON though. The other preferences are fine though.
Which player slot would you want to fill...Japan or the Last Allied spot?
Hi KDonavan,
I'd like to revisit the weather option if you don't mind. I've been playing with the Advanced Weather off in another game and it is far more enjoyable - and I think more realistic than with Advance Weather on. I've actually seen it rain in portions of the map in another game in biblical proportions - 30 days and 30 nights. That really sucks. What I like about advanced weather off is that the norm seems to be cloudy but different hexes might have sunshine or rain. It at least
feels more realistic...

What does everyone feel is a fair size for ASW TFs? I've seen anything from 5-7 ships in other house rules for games...

Well, since i've never played with weather effects ON, i will be willing to give it a shot, as long as everyone else is fine with it

ASW TF's size limitations are fine, but lets finishing finalizing all the team members, before we get into house rules, just so we can have a consensus on everything

There needs to be at least one AAR done on this game. [:D][:D]
Too many players I have followed their AAR's closely, sent PM's to talking future plans, or in 1EyedDucks case, attempted to play a PBEM (my computer locks up with WitP [:@]).
To the USN player - 1Eyed has run into a "few" problems with the Boise around Ambonia.

Ducks?? Ducks?!! Ducks!!! I got your ducks right here -[:-] - <laughter>.
And yeah, as Scott1964 and ny59Giants can affirm, I really-really hate that Boise... [:D][:D]
Hurry up and gets U a 'puter that'll run WiTP - I've got a slot open 4 U! [:D][:D][:D]
Now if we can just get another person to sign up for the allies we can get this show on the road. [;)]

I still want a rematch with the sides reversed when we finish however. [;)]

Could I entice your team into the extended version of AB map and scenerio 157 (which is 142 with the extended map)? This activates Russia in 1945.
2 day turns R cool
PDU works 4 me 2
Reinforcements Fixed (variable is a pain I can do without)
Sub Doctrine off
Advanced weather effects off
Allied damage control on
Historic Off
Vary Setup off
Surprise on
I'm fine with that as long as Ctangus is fine with that. I would ask for Advanced Weather Effects ON though. The other preferences are fine though.
I'm fine with it. I'd like to add -
Auto-subs off! (I hate that.)
