Well it turns out our latest fix does not work either. However we have several reliable reports that the game works fine if you turn SLI mode OFF.
This should be possible with the 9750GX2 card too, by switching it to single GPU mode.

We will still explore the possibility of solving the problem, but it is important to know that it is not our program that crashes, but the NVidia driver.

As for a refund, Matrix has the authority to decide on that. Please try turning SLI mode off and if it does not work then email: support@matrixgames.com and ask for a refund.

I have disputed the purchase with Amex so I will let them sort this out for me. I understand that the NVidea driver is part of the problem but it certainly was incumbent upon you to either make sure your product ran on what is a common format these days or let people know BEFORE they buy it.
 
Maybe their driver but YOUR customer service.
