Which means it could be ready for download pretty much now -- except that there's obviously some wanker (probably an attorney) who just wants us to squirm!

I'd pay an extra $10 to get this for download only now...

Maybe for an extra $50, you get a shot at the attorney in question...now THAT is a Special Edition most would support!
