You should have put the statement into crossword puzzle format, then we would have known. [:D] (People do know about the strange "coincidence" that the Allied codewords - in particular Utah, Omaha, and Overlord were found in the Telegraph crossword puzzle in May 1944).

You could have said: "12 Across - 'Big-Wig'" (the real Telegraph clue that elicited the rather strange answer of "Overlord."
