Arhh crap!!! First time I purchase something from Matrix/Digital River and it all goes belly up.. I intentionally waited for someone from Matrix to give the all clear - as Erik has done above.. but I am also getting this same error now.. I placed the order yet when I clicked on the download link I got the same error.. I havent received my email confirmation yet.. now can it find my order using my email address and last 5 digits of my CC... Do I assume that the order didnt go through?!?

Darn, unfortunately you'll need to contact store support to get that reset. I can get it done for you first thing in the morning if you e-mail me your order info, or you can try contacting them directly now to see if it can be done tonight (use the form in the Store FAQs section).
