This time uboats were more sneaky and couldn't send them back to their docks with some leakings
Trans-Jordan has been reinforced, hope the artillery will be enough to repel the nazi attack.
Only good news is Persia signed a commerce treaty.
Had a ss but lost it.

Germany Fall 1940
Sealion!!!
With Yugoslavia refusing to boot out King Peter (or is it boot in King Peter, I can never remember) the Germans are in a bind. If we go for Barbarossa without our E.European allies the attack will be geographically challenged. But if we wait for them to flip once Yugoslavia is automatically shifted into the Allied camp our attack will be delayed.
It's a good thing that all along I've been trying to set up an invasion of England.
London was defended by 4 FTR, 1 AA, 1 ART, 1 INF, and 1 Mil. Germany had five transports plus veteran paras on hand. A massive air assault took out two British fighters and laid suppression on a third. A second wave put 10 suppression on the sole UK ART unit. But the cost was high: 2 Tac and 2 Hvy damaged.
Now the bad news. After the paras went in and the first Inf landed unmolested the British roll off three straight auto hits on op fire against the landing units. Two infantry are damaged. An ART unit makes it ashore because it's elite. In the ensuing battle we wrest London from the brits but the elite ART is destroyed. Talk about bad die rolling. Mind you, since we now hold a key allied capital perhaps we shouldn't complain too loudly.
I find that in general the Battle of Britain can be waged effectively without fighter cover. If the German aircraft are at EV 6, which half of ours were (note to self, manage tech better next time) you stand a good chance of giving as good as you get in airfield attacks.
One reason England was vulnerable was that Rafael had send huge forces to Jordan. Instead of attacking them head on we land in the Sudan, threatening Ethiopia.

Fall 1940:
Japan:
We congratulates Germany for it's superb air/naval action against England. We will send shortly a team of Japanese officers to study what did make this operation so succesfull. Maybe would we find an opportunity to apply this experience... one day... maybe... [:D]
Training of our air force by bombing Chinese troops is continuing [:o] 3 Chinese INF including one Veteran and 1 MIL are destroyed has having no intact factory left [8D] Now the part training is a total failure as not even 1 air unit got a Veteran status or Elite... nothing... zip... nada... [:(]

wow, sealion with no fht support!!
GER got lucky to score 3 autohit but GER still suffer heavy losses. Not really impossible for CW to hold Scotland for another turn, but need to choose between, Scotland, Jordan and Ethiopia.
Yugo still remain neutral ... further delay or just no barbarossa at all.

Things are getting tough, the Kriegsmarine has been hit but those traines got away and still there is the Mr Meyers possible airlift bridge. Next turn will be the RN to stand and die[:(]
Scotland has been reinforced this time, the sooner the US and the USSR enter the war the better or might be nothing left.

Germany Winter '41
Alas, my screenshot selection was pretty bad. I was too focussed on the turn to take the right pictures. Sorry everyone.
The British commit to a do-or-die defense of the homeland. Five ARTs are brought back from the Middle East and the entire Royal Navy is thrown into the N.Sea and English Channel to keep the Germans from reinforcing England.
The Luftwaffe bombs the Brits, taking out 2 LF and 1 HF, but it's not enough to open up a supply line. Happily for us the invading army is well supplied and we reconstructed several London factories to ensure that it remains so. I don't think the Brits have enough ground troops to kick me out of London, either (though I sure hope I'm not wrong on that one.
Will he defend another turn in the face of overwhelming German airpower? The German navy was destroyed last turn, but we remain rich in transports and I'm happy to say that we gave as good as we got.
In the Middle East the British reinforce Ethiopia and retreat to Iraq. We obligingly move forces into position to take both next turn.
I, for one, and pretty interested to see where things go from here.

Not much to report by RUS and Stalin is glad to find that Yugo remains neutral [:D]
CHN is virtually wipe out by the IJA ... the IJA bombers are doing exceptionally good in killing the CHN flaks.
However, CHN did help to provide some useful info ... IJA is building paratroopers!!

Winter 1941:
Japan:
All our air force is send to strike the remnants of the Chinese army. Not as efficient killing as last time but we had quite a few planes getting experience. Seems it's one or the other [&:] With the help of regular lend lease one Chinese factory was repaired but not for long.
Now our eyes are turned towards Europe and especially to the UK Isles.

An attempt to expell the germans from London failed nor that I was hoping it would succeed but expected more damaged units than 2, that were destroyed for lack of transport.
Hope Irak holds, the battlefront seems to be crumbling everywhere.

Germany Spring 41
I was lucky to escape with so few casualties in London. Still, the war has been much more costly than normal for the Germans to date. Hopefully the extensive damage to the W.Allies pays off in the end.
This turn the UK is reinforced and extensive additional air assets are put into place. A three HB raid on the Atlantic results in one HB damaged for no Allied losses. Argh. But I doubt he can hold Scotland for another turn. Of course, I've been wrong before.
The real action is in the Middle East. Rafael elected to evacuate Ethiopia in favor of a strong position in Iraq. The Germans obligingly take Ethiopia and surface raiders take out a few transports in the Indian Ocean. India will be difficult to keep supplied or reinforced from here on out, I hope. Iraq is therefore isolated and as Rommel had the foresight to move a TAC into the area last turn we're eligible for CAM. The odds are not great, but Rommel pulls another rabbit out of his hat, driving the Brits from the oil fields. Because they were isolated, damaged units are destroyed. The survivors retreat to Jordan, where I hope to polish them off next turn. With a little judicious planning and garrisoning the Eastern Med is now as secure as it'll ever be.
Two small glitches worry me at this point. The US WR is rising fast, and precludes any kind of serious u-boat campaign. And Yugoslavia remains balanced. I will have to check the rules, but I thought it automatically went Allied-leaning in the Spring of '41.
Screenshots show the situation around the UK and in the Med.

Spring '41 Coda
Second screenshot. Note that ambitious Italian militias are wreaking their own minor version of havoc in Africa. I'm not a fan of the rules that allow a total Axis conquest of the continent, but I'm not about to hold off because of them either.

Spring 1941:
Japan:
Tough we consider the British Empire decadent and corrupted we still notice the hard fight they show defending their homeland. Now it seems different for their colonies which are lost fast. This let us think that time might be there for a new world order.
The Chinese army is composed now of... 1 MIL. The Chinese front is considered pacified.

The Empire has been striped of all available units and shiped to Scotland. Will it hold next turn. My inf has 7 attack 5 defense against 6/6 , air fighters are equal 6/6, don't have TB so I'm doomed there, my arty is 8/6 against 7/6 and got two more than the Fritzs, hope the rough terrain does the trick [;)].
As to the ASW the guy in the Navy did it again another uboat lays in the ocean, this time it couldn't make it to port.
Anthony I need you to put pressure on Germany, start moving units to E. Poland ASAP It's the only thing that can stop the Axis now, otherwise they're sure going for an AV and Japan seems to be striking any moment now, they have trainees loaded with supplies.

Germany Summer '41
The (ultimately futile) British resistance in Scotland is beginning to get on the OKW's nerves. Don't these people know they've been defeated? We're thinking of sending Rudolph Hess over to point it out to them.
The odds were not in our favor as Rafael correctly calculated that the rough terrain gave him just enough strength. Also at this point Germany would prefer to avoid another costly bloodbath as that ever growing Russian army is going to take some clobbering and we'll need every boot on the ground we can get.
The German advantage in airpower is put to good use in and around the UK, however. An HF and LF are sent to the repair yards, hopefully in soon-to-be-conquered Scotland, while a transport is blasted to oblivion. Two more transports fall to surface raiders in the Indian Ocean.
We follow this with a raid on Allied airfields to clean up most of the RAF.
In other news, the remnants of the 8th Army are destroyed in Jordan, though an ART is damaged in the process. German losses for this point in the game are way too high. An Italian militia continues the conquest of Africa while in the Med the Yugoslav coup finally (!) happens. Local forces attrit the Yugoslave army in anticipation of taking the country next turn, more than a year behind schedule.

Screenshots:
The shot above shows three bombers hitting the RN in the Irish Sea. Given the woeful performance of German u-boats, which continued with another one lost this turn, a few good rolls seem entirely justified to me.
The shot below shows the precarious nature of the Allied supply line to the UK.

Summer 1941:
Japan:
We notice again the propaganda from the Imperialist US. Not only have then fuel the War in China but now they send false message about us being Warmongers. We can't tolerate those insults to our peace loving nation. Also we ask them to stop abusing our fellow citizens in Hawai or we will have to send troops to restore order. We offer Great Britain help to restore control over their Empire as long as they can't do it themselves. Without the IJA Asia would be lost into chaos.
We notice that the Chinese army is the best supplied army in the world. 16 supplies for one MIL. What a luxury [:D]
