Seems that the version used for test the game is not the same at the distribution version
I still cannot open any PBEM game but Matrix said
Ah, sorry about that the Subject line I received said Napoleon in Russia so I was looking at a different game.

I was able to load the saved games and after it came up with the prompt "Press SPACE to replay your opponents moves" I hit space bar for each move he did and was able cycle though all of his moves/battles. You will need to do this for each of your opponent's turns and he will have to do the same for the turns you send him.

I hope this helps. Let me know if this works for you or if you continue to have issues.

when will you plain fix the PBEM game issue?
When the PBEM option will be usable for non beta testers users

1.05 has no changes to the PBEM system. It DOES work with 2 copies that have different serial numbers.

I just made some tests with Greg and PDEM work fine. Now I am looking of opponents.

Hi I do some test with greg and also my test with his versionof this game work fine
The problem is when I try to play with Frank Davoust or Mario Vallée
I cannot open their files and they cannot open my files
Different version of the game?
Can some one fixed this issue.
After the input of the password the game come back to the new campaign selection, I never can hit space o something
I test the issue in 3 differents computers one desktop with vista, one portatil with xp, one desktop with XP,
always I have the same error.

No answers yet but until now noone except the beta tester can start a PBEM game

Hey guys,

Just wondering does PBEM work in the game? I am starting to get into this game, and thinking about trying a PBEM game sometime if it is working.
