Actually; you may care A LOT; because - yes; they will be back to full ... and they
will be BACK IN TURKEY! instead of on - oh - say the Prussian border where you
need them.

Yes, let the Turk loan feudal infantry.
Then his allies will decide if to sent them back for Levy or not...

as long as you need to renew the loan each turn its up to turkey if he wants to loan them out in december or call them home

Any indication on when this loaning of feudals will be allowed? And, if so, will this patch be able to be incorporated into existing games?

I will look to add this in 1.02. We didn't get it into 1.01

Yes. This requires no database changes but a simple rules change. We just ran out of time for the 1.01 patch!
