I'd really like to go with v30 if you all are willing to put up w/ a restart - I like the changes

Apparently Waichou has not had his turn for a week and may have fallen out of the game. I will PM him to see if he is there but as only 2 people have been playing at present, Jjdenver and Waichou and us others on the side line it would seem a good idea to start the game again with version 3.00. Can everyone therefore ensure that they upgrade to the new version of WAW. I have taken over for the West on the new game, if Waichou comes back he can take over Japan or China if he wants to.
