European Theatre - Allied ASW rating goes to 2; the U-boats are called back to France. A heavy concentration of CW fighters forces the Germans to rebase the Luftwaffe to Germany proper. Surface raiders hit the convoy pipeline off of England.

Pacific Theatre - Tojo's dice have cooled considerably; it takes 4 attacks to get the final two hits on the Chinese rail network. Turn sent to GKar.
