Thanks for the advice. I tried it, didnt work, want to guess what file is not on my back-up disk, i made two of them, and on neither one is a file labeled 'War in the Pacific-set up', this is why i cant get it to install. Trying to get a re-download is like trying to herd cats. They want a credit card # that i dont even have any more, or an order # that i didn't keep the receipt for its been over a year. I explained my problem, sent them the serial # for the game, hoping that they could help me out, what i got back from them was a standard e-mail telling me what to do , if as though i had all the info they wanted , that told me that they didnt actualy read the e-mail that i sent them. You can bet i will never buy another digital download game, also not to thrilled with the response i got from their customer service, none of which changes the fact that i'm out a game i paid 70.00 for.

This is a problem not really with Matrix, but rather with Digital River (and any other company that sells digitl downloads). They can only keep so much information on your purchase, so if you go with a digital download you always need to backup the download and serial number.
