The issue isn't blue collar vs. white collar, the issue is workers vs. companies and the bottom line.
Anyone with any knowledge of Union -Company labor relations knows what comes next after white collar workers start losing their benefits.
Panzers- your post may not be placing the blame at blue collar workers but it does come off that way, you should place your blame entirely at the feet of the company and people at human resources who made the decision.
The blue collar workers would have had their rights snaked yesterday if the company thought they could pull it off without labor strife.
