It Isn't solved that problem yet? I loved that mod indeed, Soapy Frog. But it was unplayable in war, as it is a must to transfer factors . Isn't there any solution?

Well to be honest I did have that error happen to me once. But then I went and did something else, came back to that corps, and was able to transfer factors ok.
 
I have no idea what causes this issue. Some people I play with have also had this error in the unmodded game. Not a lot I can do
