my biggest waste was a P47 pilot with 9 kills after 439 missions.
He's obviously talented enough to stay alive, but he certainly needs to work on his gunnery!

I think this was late war when the best japanese pilots were armed with an Anti Tank bomb and cringing in a foxhole.
I know the P47 drivers did a lot of ground attack.

We have had a few 'name your most exp pilot' or 'name your pilot with the most kills' threads in the past - let's turn this around and name the pilot with the lowest experience and a kill.
Mine is 2LT Hayasi R. with exp 46, 4 missions and one kill while piloting a Ki-61-Ib Tony in the 19th FtrSentai.
My lowest exp ace pilot is WO Juni, R. with exp 69, 32 missions and five kills piloting a Ki-43-Ib-Oscar in the 26th FtrSentai.
Here's mine:
Lowest experience with a kill - WO P. Itaya, experience 51, 1 kill, 1 mission flying a Ki-61 from 1 Fighter Sentai over Burma.
Lowest experience ace - WO O. Kagawa, experience 72, 6 kills, 9 missions flying a Ki-61 from 50 Fighter Sentai over Burma.
9 May 43 stock PBEM.
Edit: They're both still alive too!

Lowest Exp Ace. FO Allen. J. 17th Fighter. Exp 74, 5 Kills
Lowest Exp with with a Kill Grirsby, L. 17th Fighter. Exp 60 1 Kill.

Lowest Ace with a kill: 76 (American flying P-40E)
Lowest with a kill: 51 (Chinese flying I-16c)

51, 1st LT R. Bo, 7th CAF, P-66 1 kill
Lowest experience for an ace:
73, 1st Lt V. Landry, 387th BS, P47C, 5 kills

I have a B-24 that is a triple ace in 11/1942 my second highest killer, T McGuire in P-40E with 17 before he got KIA

May 1942 here and I have a 1st Lt. M. Schuyler flying a CW-21B Demon. He has a 49 Exp and has 1 kill in 1 mission. My aces all have pretty good experience so not worth posting.

Not exactly what you are looking for but I have a game where a Dutch recon plane (CW-22 I think - the one that's not a biplane) with a kill. I think that plane is armed with a single rear facing 30 cal.....

1/10/43: 1LT a. Joost... 54 exp, 58missions. 1kill Dutch... Brewster 339d.
Most. 23 Pilots with 99exp and kills. Half are with the AVG, and the other half Brits from 605, 232 and 242 Squadrons. Top dog is FLT Kimbrough with 61 missions and 71 Kills from Brit 232sq. recently converted to spits..
