I'll keep that in mind as a fall back position. I don't own Photoshop.
I dont know if this will do it but just in case;

I do believe we have 46 pics or less on the way. I'm off to Lansing for more WiF pain. talk to you again tomorrow
I've received 38 JPGs from Panzers and I am waiting to see whether he wants any text to accompany them. Posting them will be a problem since almost all of them exceed my allotted 500 KB per post - but I'll work out something.
I was wondering that Steve. If you want, I think 4 per page will do it. I will resend them if you want . I do know the memory on them, so I can get them all out for you of you want.

I have this program called photobucket, but it is not at all user friendly. I have spent several hours trying to batch them and create a file to send them with an explanation of the shots, (at the severe cost of precious sleep that I need for the next day)but to no avail. So I had to use the Kodak easyshare program. At least I was able to get them in there, but everytime I batch a few together, it ends up being only one picture. Oddly, there are four options to upload them from, and the camera is not one of them. HUH! Are you kidding me?, so therein lyes the problems. Ironically, I am about 99% sure that if I ever were to import them to Matrix , I have that one down no problem. It is the complete lack of a user friendly software that is preventing me from doing that.
Steve, iF you post them, I can give a brief explanation for each of the 5 tables. I wil know just by looking at them. As you would imagine at a venue like this, it goes without saying that each and everyone of them have their own flavor.

If you have text for each table, you could send me that with the table #s. Then just met me know which pictures go with each table (not all of them have that shown as part of the picture). That will let me post pictures with your text.

A sad story.[:(] Panzers computer died.
He still wants to have me post pictures with text but I told him to wait until after the convention - since it is keeping him very busy, simply playing WIF every day.
Once he gets back to normal life, we'll tackle the problem of gathering JPEG files, merging them with text, and posting same.
[He was talking about sending me the 50 (out of 106) new pictures via FedEx, but this didn't strike me as being of such crucial, time-sensitive importance.]

so to post a picture it has to be already hosted on the web somewhere else?
or is there a way to upload a photo from my own computer?
unfortunately, I took a big set of photos at WiFCon tonight. I say unfortunately because I would rather have been playing, but I was detoured to a rather unexpected trip to the hospital instead.
there are some fascinating games going on.

An earlier post in this thread detailed how to include pictures in your posts.

ok, it will work eventually. that's from table #1, they are in the late summer of 43 I believe
it is very hard to take pictures of a WiF game. I took those with the camera on a pretty small file size, and you can see the results (plenty of pixelization). also the glare from the overhead lights is difficult to overcome; laminated map surfaces only add to the problem. you can use flash of course, but that doesn't always work out either.
I took about 110 pics last night and deleted more than half of them. but I do have some good ones on the way.....

a country I've never seen involved in WWII before. well, at least not since 5th edition+DoD 1 when they helped my Germany in a SeaLion. Here is the CW revenge I guess.

OK, switching gears to Andrew's table. This is an interesting game based on the premise that Super-Deluxe WiF is rather pro-Allied right now, which I agree with. This game is being played without any oil rule - a major concession to the Axis. I was looking forward to the challenge; Andrew is Japan and the German player is similarly tactically brilliant.
Someone (that would be me) set up the Chinese 'aggressively' and the Axis started S/O 39 and then N/D 39 with a total of six straight clear impulses in all zones. Japan was off to the races...

(only two available from that table; I only shoot pics during player breaks) (also, current news is Japan has been evacuating the Bombay area as the Jolly Green Giant is getting taller on the eastern horizon)
On to another table....featuring two MWiF forum members. I'll let them fill in the details in a few days....
Start S/O '44:

not gonna work. somehow the file is too large despite similar settings. The Allies have re-taken all of Morocco and finally Tangier as well.
Here is Vichy France at a zenith.... (LoC Vichy rules)
