And more questions arise;

1. Is there any way I can stop my protectorates from producing military units? They keep pouring out units and my economy is allready strained...
2. Spain...Are they supposed to be a pain? Whenever they declare war there are 5-10 guerilla units running around all over France, and when I engage them, they never surrender.
3. How many armies should France field mid-game? I'm running 4 atm, but everyone is picking on me [:@]
4. How come Preussia could form a protectorate when they have no home country? (it's all French and Russian territory now [:D])
5. Can I continue to wage war with someone that has surrendered? I really do not want to let them off the hook that easy (6500 VP)?
6. What is a reasonable settings for my drafts? Atm I have 18-45 y.o and 20 monts training, but that only provides me with some 4k men each turn, and I am now fighting Turkey, Spain, Austria and Russia...

Thanks
Terje

2. Spain...Are they supposed to be a pain? Whenever they declare war there are 5-10 guerilla units running around all over France, and when I engage them, they never surrender. yes they are suppost to be a pain, but the guerillas really are not suppost to be running around
3. How many armies should France field mid-game? I'm running 4 atm, but everyone is picking on me [:@]as many as you can afford, support, fill up, I would say
4. How come Preussia could form a protectorate when they have no home country? (it's all French and Russian territory now [:D])
somebody really likes them ? not sure on that
5. Can I continue to wage war with someone that has surrendered? I really do not want to let them off the hook that easy (6500 VP)?
LOL, no, if you are not at war with them anymore, you can't keep picking on them, they surrendered already :), just got to wait for the next one to pop up
6. What is a reasonable settings for my drafts? Atm I have 18-45 y.o and 20 monts training, but that only provides me with some 4k men each turn, and I am now fighting Turkey, Spain, Austria and Russia...what is your draft rate ? you mention who you can draft and you mention how long they will train, but you may not be setting the draft rate, how many you will draft each month, the higher here, the more a month it costs you

also, this goes against what you ask first, you need those troops from the Protectorates to fill in too, also, if you have enough Divs, but they are just low in numbers, you can pull troops from new built units to replace the losses

Thanks

Hmm then how is it possible to gain really high war scores? The highest I've ever had is 9000 (and total surrender is at 30k?!).

Errrm I knew I was forgetting something [8|], the draft rate has not been altered at all....Oh well, another one for educational purposes [:D].
Thanks!
