I got a A Radeon X1650PRO 512MB but it don't fit my computer is a E-machine AMD athlon (tm) XP 2600+ what video card should I get that can fit.

That machine should likely either have and AGP slot, or if that is soldered in, it will only have an old PCI slot.  That is NOT a PCIe slot.

What kind of slot was the X1650Pro set up for?

One should not confuse PCI with PCIe slots.  Yes, it was stupid to name the PCIe slot as such, but we're stuck with it.
 
PCI are the short black slots in your computer.  They are old technology.
 
AGP would likely be tan, but it can be any color, as can PCIe, but PCIe is the newest slot alternative.
 
 

I've just got a NIVIDIA GeForce 6200 will that do?

the 6200 series is a little light in the overall memory area as far as graphics cards go these days
although having said that you will sneek in at 128mb
on the plus side it has Shaders so you shouldnt experience all the blacked out shadiums when using shadows

so yes, that should do
