I can wait til Dec.1. I'd like an updated list of the changes, though, as it seems there are many since 130.c, Nov.21.

Just what is this other project, Frank? Inquiring minds want to know.

The "other" project is a Napoleonic game using a new version of the system I used in Danube.

Ah, Nappy, my first love. It seems Matrix has not put Campaigns on the Danube on sale; I've been considering trying it, though things seem at Waffenstillstand on that games forum.

Transfer over land is linked with rail movement allowance but how does that work?

Say as AH you have 18 rail movement in the following turn and transfer 10 raw materials to Germany.

Does that mean that 10 rail movement is automatically being subtracted from your allowance for that turn i.e. counts as already "spend"?

Or do you have to make sure that sufficient remains on the following turn as transfers now takes one turn delay?

Also, along those lines. When transferring material over seas sea transports are now needed. So if the British have 2 sea transports on duty in the eastern Med. and are able to transfer materials to Sevastapol do they need to assign additional ships for sea transports or can the existing two be used for double duty i.e. transports to Britain and to Sevastopol. I would think they would need additional transports assigned.

Nope

In that case what takes precedence? Both is being handled automatic at time of delivery?

The normal shipping takes precedence, whatever surviving shipping that is left over may be used for transfers.

When doing transfers and cancelling the transaction the allotted rail movements are being counted as "used" regardless whether the transfer is being ordered executed or not.

After having just installed the latest C beta patch I stumbled over the changes in Romanian resources. Apparently they now have a total of 4 food resources and a staggering 6 raw materials [X(]

Is this intended Frank?

In 1.24 they also had 6 raw materials (in 1 hex) and 3 hexes of food (with maybe 4 ressources in it)

I think you just noticed this because now the actual amounts are displayed on the map. [:)]

I want to spend entente diplomacy delaying their entry in the war.

Well for 6 resources I expect the CP will just pay the US entry cost as soon as Italy enters.

The problem is that once Romania has been conquered it is annexed by AH and AH doesn't have the industrial capacity to use all those resources so even without Romania they will soon have a surplus of 20 plus RMs and they can only ship a small amount to Germany due to their very limited rail capacity.[:(]

Too bad that IP can't be used to build additional rail capacity.

The Romanian resources have always been there, the only difference is now the numbers are displayed.

So Belgian and Dutch food go to Germany, if conqured intact at 1/2 until they get depleted. Whatever that means, if correct. What about Russian food hexes?
Is there any way for Germans to avoid Turnip Winter?
